a) L-sit to tuck L-sit to tuck planch (3/30) on parallettes 
b) ring support hold (3x max hold) on rack
c) planch pump on parallettes
d) DB straight arms around the world 10x

C: Planch lean (25min)

1: Wrist warm up
2: Technique and first tries
3: 5x15sec lean forward as much as possible to hold it 
for the definded time

D: WOD (20min)

AMRAP
 5 power cleans (65/45kg)
10 T2B
15 Wallballs (9/7kg)
