c) Side Steps

B: WOD

Skierg 2000m
Assault Bike 3miles

A: is working on the medcon exercises 
B and C are working on following AMRAP
  5 burpee box jumps
  7 HSPU 30 / 42,5 kg
 10 OH Lunges 30 / 42,5 kg
100m HEAVY farmer carry

Whenever you change both partners have to do one round wheelbarrow.
AMRAPS have to be finished before change.
