A: Warm Up
B: Snatch
C: Snatch Balance 
D: Overhead Squat
E: HSPU

A: Warm Up

5 Minutes on the Assault Bike

B: Snatch

Start with PVC Pipe and do some Skill work.
Incease weight and do,

4 Sets of 6 Reps:
starting at 40kg going up to 55kg

C: Snatch Balance 

Start with PVC Pipe and do some Skill work.
Incease weight and do,

4 Sets of 10 Reps:
starting at 40kg going up to 55kg

D: Overhead Squat

Start with the Snatch Balance weight and do,

4 Sets of 10 Reps with:
55kg
60kg
65kg
70kg

 

E: Handstand Push Ups

Do a EMOM for as long as you can with 5 Reps of  kipping HSPU.
