B: Skill Clean & Jerk
Clean: Start with PVC work your way up to 50%
and look for transition speed, hip extension
Jerk: Split and Push Jerk
Take attention to "Up right position", Landing Position
and Overhead Stability
C: Jerk
Start with 50% and work your way up to around 90% and do always 2 reps.
D: Squat Clean
Start at 50% and work your way up to 80% doubles and then increase weight with heavy singles up to 95-100%
