For real RXD Guys only please: For time: (TC 25min) 60 push-ups 50 ring dips 40 handstand push-ups (scaled: pike pushups) 30 bench presses (70/50kg) 20 jerks (70/50kg) 10 push presses (70/50kg) scale weight as needed, use same weight for the last 3 exercises! Scaled version 1: 40 push-ups 30 dips (on 2 boxes) 20 handstand push-ups (scaled: pike pushups) 20 bench presses 15 jerks 10 push presses Scaled version 2: 40 upright pushups with arms on box 30 pushups on knees 20 pushups on feet .....
And for all Guys who would like to train and do not destroy them:
AMRAP (Rounds for time)
10 push-ups
10 ring dips
10 handstand push-ups (scaled: pike pushups)
10 bench presses (70/50kg)
10 jerks (70/50kg)
10 push presses (70/50kg)
