  • reverse lunges

Mobility

-shoulder & t-spine mobility
-shoulder prep.

B: Skill Work Shoulder Press

PVC Pipe and light weight
C: Shoulder Press from floor

5-5-5-5-5 reps - work with a partner

start every 2 minutes
start with about 50% of your 1RM and work your way up.

D: WOD

100 Box jumps (60/50cm)
+ EMOM

   RXD: 10 pushups
Scaled:  5 pushups

timecap: 15 min

Start with pushups!
If finished within timecap continue with EMOM 5 or 10 pushups til timecap.
