A: Mobility

Shoulder and Hip Mobility Circle 
Tabata Style (30/10)
Front Rack Position with the barbell

B: Front Squats in front of the mirror

Watch your movement and elbow position
5x5 with empty barbell

3x5 with 50kg
5x5 with 95kg 

Always try to hold the elbow position and body movement 
as with the empty barbell

C: Overhead Squats

Same procedure as with the front squats
