Balance board with juggling at least 3 balls.

C: Kettlebell Warm Up

KB Helo
8 circling
hip circling
wrists 

b) T2:
deadlifts
high pulls
russion KB swing
shoulder press

c) T3:
free handstand
handstandwalk

D: Kettlebell clean & press ladder

5 sets 
1,2,3,4,5 reps of

single arm KB cleans 
KB press 

switch arm after ever set

rest 1 min between sets
