Mobilisation macht den Anfang um 0600 morgens, um Entspannt in den Tag zu starten.

A: Tabata Hip Mobility

* Down Dog
* Lizard Stretch li/re
* Down Dog
* Pitchen Position li/re

B: Coordinationszirkel

2 round of: (1min each station)

A: Balance on Rope
Walk on the rope, following the defined path.

B: Monkey Bar
Work your way through the bar, or just hang.

C: T-Rex and BUSO Ball Balance
Do a Plank on the Ball, with your Legs in a T-Rex
and do different exercises like hip up, bird dog etc.

D: One Leg Box Step Ups/Downs
Tempo as slow as possible up and down!
Weight of your body should be one the leg on the box.

E: Ring Coordination
Different step scheme through the rings, and add so arm work too!

C: Ring Coordination with complex Movements
