B: Hantelgymnastik 

* paleo set with bar on knees
* overhead squats with palms 
  to the ceiling

deep overhead squats position
5 steps to the front
5 steps back
same with jumps

C: Technique Drill Snatch

* First and Second Pull
  also from the Blocks 

* Snatch Balance

D: Workout

12 MIN EMOM:
odd:    3 excellent power snatches with a low weight 
       (go for speed, and good transition)
even:  10 burpees
