Ring Dips:
Hold, Negativ, Internal & External Rotation
Muscle Up Transition:
Banded Transition, Hip Drive, Negativ Transition, Full Transition
Snatch Progression:
Snatch Deadlift, Snatch Pull, Muscle Snatch

C: WOD

EMOM 12min
odd:  3-5 perfect and slow Dip or Transitions 
even:  Complex of Snatch DL, Snatch Pull and Muscle Snatch
