Good old „DT“

Most of us are familiar with „DT“ however if you slidle change the equipment from a bar to a kettlebell, it is a total different workout.

Kettlebell "DT"

5 rounds of:
12 Deadlifts (2 KB each 12-24kg)
 9 KB Hang Clean (same weight)
 6 Push Press (same weight)

Rest 3 min
