then repeat until you fail to be sub 7min as man, and sub 8min as female
Bodybuilding Workout
5 rounds of
tempo back squats with 20 reps @70/50kg (32X0)
direct into
super sets descent
40-30-20-10
walking lunges
squats
with weight vest or 2x5kg DB female or 2×7,5kg for male
The 5 rounds are partner work (i go/you go) then try the rest syncro
Attention: We changed the super set, it was to hard
