Crossfit Open Prep started this Week, hope to find time to train in the future.

Workout 1:

6,5 Rounds are ok for the Start, still had muscle fatigue from monday 🙂

Workout 2:

The last try was not better, but at least i could do 18 reps of the HSPUs – 2017 I can remember, I could do only 2 reps at the HSPUs, but I am not sure.
