Warm Up:

5min, every 30 sec a bodyweight exercises to get your heart rate up.

Strength or Skill:

Depending on your current level of experiance in Overhead Squats and your mobility grade, go for one or the other.

4 sets @ 65/70/75/80% of your 1rm

do 5 reps with tempo 22×2

start every 3min

Workout

20-20-15-15-10-10 reps of

alt. DB Snatches (22,5/15kg)

Toes 2 bar

Double Unders

TC: 14min

If you are not an rxd athlete go for 20-15-10 reps
