- power snatch, squat snatch

- classic set, reset coaching from the level 2 cf
- Very good setup training with a look on every athlet
- Set Up position
- first pull
- second pull
- upper body position
Workout
Pacing and Quality first
10-8-6-4-2 reps
Squat Snatch @60-70% of 1RM
between each set 3 Wall Climbs
Time to reach => 15min (20sec each rep)
