Warm Up

3×50 Jumping Jacks with different exercises between

  1. overhead squats, snatch deadlift
  2. second pull from hang, muscle snatch
  3. power snatch, squat snatch

Technique

Snatch basics with medical background

  • classic set, reset coaching from the level 2 cf
  • Very good setup training with a look on every athlet

  1. Set Up position
  2. first pull
  3. second pull
  4. upper body position

Workout

Pacing and Quality first

10-8-6-4-2 reps

Squat Snatch @60-70% of 1RM

between each set 3 Wall Climbs

Time to reach => 15min (20sec each rep)
