  • 2 KB with weigth you need
  • row/ski/bike or jump rope

6 rounds of (totall 36 min work)

2min on / 20 sec off

  • row / ski / bike or jump rope (nice weather running)
  • kb farmers carry
  • 10 bb push press & 10 burpees over bb
