Today „a kind of Treashold training“ if you do it right

Warm Up

800m run with a few exercises like,

  • jumping jacks
  • high knees
  • hell skips
  • side walks with arms
  • cross walks with arms
  • dribblings with short sprints

movement prep.

medball throws

  • trough legs
  • side rotation l/r
  • partner med ball cheast pass
  • partner wall ball increasing height

  • partner Air born squats with assistence (partner)
  • air squats on medball
  • wallball increasing height

Workout

try to hold your amount of reps as high as possible so that you work on your „rep“ and hopefully muscular or stamina treshhold and use the recovery monostructual exercise afterwards for nose breathing and calming down.

35 min AMRAP

  • max rep wallballs
  • max rep air squats
  • max rep walking lunges

direct into

  • 5min row/ski/bike (pace for nose breathing)
